In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Supervises all assigned construction activities during the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up phases. * Coordinates on-site activities with various project contractors to ensure compliance with the quality control plan, considering constraints and stakeholder-related considerations or impacts arising during the construction phase. * Monitors construction progress and manages potential deviations from technical specifications, based on periodic controls, field/laboratory inspections and tests, to avoid rework. * Supports all construction activities to ensure resolution of deficiencies or agreed “punch list” items between the Client and contractors. * Verifies compliance with the project’s Technical Specifications and engineering drawings. * Performs service-specific duties assigned to his/her role and responsibility. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered professional, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer or related degree. * Proven experience of no less than 5 years in supervision roles for equipment installation in crushing plant buildings, structural assembly for material handling conveyors, equipment preservation, electrical and instrumentation equipment inspection, substations and transmission lines. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Mining Sector. * Experience in developing and reviewing quality control procedures, quality plans, reports and reports. * Experience with quality management systems, non-conformities, change management, implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Knowledge of standards such as NEMA, NFPA, NETA, IEEE, ANSI, NTP, CNE, etc. * Experience supervising and controlling electrical and instrumentation construction processes, materials and activities. * Must reside in Arequipa – Mandatory. **Additional Information** * All statutory benefits * Statutory Life Insurance * Ongoing training * Corporate agreements * 6x1 work schedule with rotating rest days
