




**Data Entry and Customer Service \- Comas Branch** At Bantel, a leading Peruvian telecommunications company, we are looking for a committed, organized, and proactive Data Entry and Customer Service professional to join our team in Comas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verification of customer data (ID, address, InfoCorp). * Registration and management of contracts in the system. * Delivery of contracts and support materials to the sales team. * Coordination with various internal departments (operations, support, sales). * Assistance in administrative procedures at the branch. * Advising and guiding customers during in-person office service. * Prompt and efficient resolution of issues while maintaining high quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (technical studies in Administration or related fields preferred). * Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative or customer service roles. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/1200 to S/1400 (depending on experience). * Location: Comas. * Payment via Honorarium Receipt. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Ongoing training and excellent work environment.
