Focus on achieving results in the financial sector **STAFF REQUIREMENT:** Norandino Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. requires personnel to fill the position of Financial Advisor at its Moyobamba offices. **WORK EXPERIENCE:** 1 year of experience in credit analysis, preferably in the financial sector. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:** Bachelor's degree or Bachelor's title in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, or related fields. **KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Credit portfolio management, * Credit risk analysis, * Credit disbursement and recovery management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Results-oriented, * Teamwork, * Negotiation techniques, * Customer service, * Ability to work under pressure.
