




We are a company specializing in the milling of taro powder, committed to **innovation, quality, and food safety**, operating under high standards to export safe and high-quality products. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out quality controls according to established guidelines. * Train staff in **BPM, FSMA, BRC, ISO, HALAL, and HACCP**. · Ensure compliance with regulations set by **DIGESA and SENASA**. * Monitor quality incidents and improvement plans. * Supervise compliance with quality management system procedures and records. * Prepare reports and verify/calibrate area instruments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Agro-industrial Engineering, Biology, or related fields. * Specialization programs in quality management systems. * Minimum experience of **1 year as Quality Supervisor** or **2 years as Quality Technician/Inspector** in food processing plants. * Experience in **industrial or similar companies**. * Experience leading teams. * Proficiency in **Intermediate-level Excel**. * Availability to work in **Cercado de Lima**.
