At **Movilmax**, a telecommunications industry company, we are looking for an experienced **Crew Chief** to lead the technical execution of critical field repairs, ensuring timely service activation in Cañete. This role will be key to ensuring the operational continuity of our network and efficient handling of infrastructure incidents. **Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the technical team during critical repairs and corrective work. * Execute, validate, and document field technical interventions according to Movilmax standards. * Ensure compliance with **service activation SLAs** and response times. * Coordinate with NOC, Engineering, and Operations teams for incident resolution and prioritization. * Guarantee proper use of tools, materials, and equipment. * Prepare technical reports, findings, and activity closures. **Requirements** * Technical degree or graduate in Electricity, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years** leading field crews, brigades, or technical teams. * Experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber optics, power systems, or external plant. * Availability to work in Huacho. * Knowledge of safety protocols for field operations. * Desired: Class A\-I or higher driver's license. **Benefits** * Formal employment from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Complementary work risk insurance (SCTR). * Ongoing training in telecommunications technologies.
