JOB OPENING – PRODUCTION ENGINEER **CONSORTIUM EDUCATIVO SATELITE II** is seeking a qualified professional to join our team in the position of: PRODUCTION ENGINEER Requirements * Civil Engineer, **licensed, registered, and authorized**. * Minimum **5 years of experience in production and/or construction execution**. * Experience in construction projects and management of work teams. * Knowledge of **project management, construction planning, and control**. * Knowledge of **Occupational Safety and Health**. * Knowledge of quality management and construction procedures. * Proficiency in **MS Project**. * Proficiency in **S10**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office. * Willingness to work on-site. Main Responsibilities * Direct and optimize construction execution, ensuring achievement of objectives related to **schedule, cost, quality, and productivity**. * Plan, coordinate, and control the execution of production activities. * Lead and coordinate with the production team, engineering, subcontractors, and site personnel. * Supervise compliance with production targets and established schedules. * Develop and monitor work scheduling. * Coordinate appropriate utilization of human resources, materials, equipment, and tools. * Review and control valuations, extras, deductions, and construction modifications. * Monitor and control costs and production progress. * Timely identification of risks, constraints, and deviations that may impact project delivery. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper execution of activities. * Comply with and enforce procedures for **Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality**. * Participate in project coordination and progress meetings. * Prepare production progress reports and summaries. * Comply with organizational and project regulations.
