Controls and reports discipline progress, identifies deviations, and proposes improvements, ensuring correct interpretation of the project schedule and curves. Participates in client meetings and supports the Project Manager and team in managing corrective actions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and control project progress against scope, budget, schedule, and metrics—directly leading Type I and II projects and participating as part of the team on Type III and IV projects. * Control and report discipline progress, propose improvement opportunities, and coordinate activities with other departments. * Report project deviations and performance, monitoring action plans and corrective measures as required. * Focus on interpreting the project schedule and curves. * Participate in client meetings, supporting the Project Manager and project team. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Minimum verifiable 6 years of relevant professional experience. * Experience in planning and management of engineering projects; change management in projects; control, analysis, and identification of deviations; budgetary and financial control. * Knowledge of: Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology (PMI); Primavera software (intermediate level); types of engineering and their requirements for control, progress measurement, and project management indicators (KPIs). * Must reside in Lima or Callao. * Teamwork capability, flexibility, adaptability, accountability, and commitment. * Availability to work onsite (San Isidro, Lima) in hybrid mode: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
