Development of skills in plant health and negotiation with producers. **Field Technician – Ginger Procurement (Intern)** Location: Pichanaki, Junín **Job Description:** We are looking for a Field Technician (Intern) to procure ginger and turmeric in the production zone. This position involves 100% field work, direct contact with farmers, and evaluation of product quality and phytosanitary status. **Main Responsibilities:** * Visit ginger and turmeric producers in the field. * Evaluate product quality, freshness, and phytosanitary condition. * Identify pests and diseases. * Support price negotiation with farmers. * Coordinate product harvesting and transportation. * Record purchase information (volume, prices, suppliers). * Develop and maintain a producer database. * Report daily activities. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree (2024–2025) in Agronomy, Agro-industrial Engineering, Agricultural Production, or related fields. * Valid motorcycle license (mandatory). * Willingness to reside in Pichanaki, Junín. * Availability for 100% field-based work. * Interest in the agricultural sector. **Knowledge:** * Basic plant health knowledge (pest and disease identification). * Basic Excel or mobile application handling skills. * Familiarity with agricultural zones (preferred). * Negotiation and farmer engagement skills. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Effective communication * Adaptability * Honesty **We Offer:** * Financial stipend (intern) * Housing allowance * Covered lunch * Continuous training * Career progression path **Position Type:** Professional Internship / Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you currently employed or studying? * What is your expected salary? * How old are you? * Where is your current residential address?
