The position aims to carry out **access control, facility surveillance, and security protocol compliance**, ensuring order and protecting residents and visitors of the condominium. Main Responsibilities * Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers. * Conduct surveillance patrols within the premises. * Ensure compliance with the condominium’s security regulations. * Report incidents and assist in preventing risky situations. * Maintain appropriate communication with management and residents. * Perform other duties as required by management. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **1 year of experience as a security agent**. * Good physical condition. * Observational ability, responsibility, and discipline. * Availability for **rotating shifts**. * Training in the **Armed Forces or National Police** (desirable). * **SUCAMEC course** (desirable).
