**OBJECTIVE:** Ensure compliance with Project Scope, according to contractual documentation, within the framework of company policies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to site management. * Ensure proper compliance with the construction contract and technical file. * Assist in controlling schedule, quality, and costs. * Contribute to evaluating, proposing, and developing technical proposals established in the technical file, in accordance with applicable regulations. * Contribute to ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards. * Support in analyzing construction activities to be executed. * Verify actual execution conditions and align them with those established in the Contract. * Identify and evaluate potential scope changes and align them with the conditions established in the Contract. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * 5 years since graduation in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction for metal structure projects (excluding metal carpentry), counted from obtaining the bachelor's degree. * Minimum experience in 3 building projects (housing, offices, shopping centers, schools), counted from obtaining the bachelor's degree. * Solid knowledge of Last Planner and lean construction principles. * Solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety. * Experience must be supported by work certificates verifying work duration and participated projects. * Indicate salary expectations in your CV.
