




**REQUIREMENTS** Completed secondary education and/or preferably with technical training in cooking courses or food handling 2 years of experience in similar positions and support in large-scale production. Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. Punctuality and commitment Speed, cleanliness, and organization. Ability to follow instructions. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:** · Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals such as rice, stews, appetizers, cold dishes, following recipes and instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor. · Assist in inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying the head chef when items need to be replenished. · Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment. · Assist with meal service by plating dishes, preparing the dining area, and helping with cleanup after meals. · Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. · Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage. · Automatically order recipe ingredients. · Automatically schedule timers and alarms. · Automatically measure ingredients in the correct units. · Continuously learn and improve culinary techniques and kitchen skills.
