Our Christian values are the heart of our organization and are reflected in everything we do. **Who we are looking for?** At FH, we are seeking an **Education Facilitator** to implement and ensure quality in project intervention, guarantee its sustainability, and achieve established results. **A successful candidate will have the following…** * Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Psychology, Community Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field promoter in social projects. * Knowledge in project implementation in coordination with local actors, community-based organizations, municipalities, and health policies. * Educational Regulations: Familiarity with national and international educational policies and regulations. * Experience in identifying and coordinating with public entities, UGELES, schools, and companies to establish strategic partnerships. * Understanding of principles and practices of education and youth development, including youth motivation and empowerment. * Leadership, influence, communication, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills. **What you will do…** * Identify public, private entities and companies that promote the use of technological tools designed to provide target students with information related to vocational guidance. * Develop coordinated work with the monitoring and evaluation team to ensure timely follow-up processes and progress of project activities. * Identify and coordinate with public, private entities and companies for project presentation in order to achieve partners that advance the project and its products. * Support the PA Coordinator in establishing agreements and strategic alliances with public and private entities, district municipalities, NGOs, and companies for the development of joint strategies within the project framework. **What you will get…** At FH PERU, we offer an inclusive work environment focused on professional development, with opportunities to grow and significantly contribute to the well-being of the communities we serve.
