At Manpower Perú, we seek top talent for the position of **Drilling and Blasting Manager** in the Mining sector — your opportunity for a better future is here! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Professional in Mining Engineering. * Minimum 7 years of experience in mining operations. * Experience leading drilling and blasting processes at a mine. * Knowledge of blast design, fragmentation, and explosive usage. * Experience managing operational KPIs and productivity. * Knowledge of geomechanics and ground support. * Experience in safety management in operations (SSOMA). * Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and management tools. * Knowledge of regulations and explosive handling (SUCAMEC). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and supervise drilling and blasting operations at the mine. * Ensure compliance with blast design and fragmentation standards. * Monitor blasting results and propose process improvements. * Supervise the quality of explosives and associated accessories used. * Coordinate daily operations to meet production targets. * Manage the supply and consumption of explosives. * Ensure compliance with regulations and authorizations (SUCAMEC). * Lead safety efforts in drilling and blasting activities. * Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for work execution.
