Job Summary:
Administrative professional or related field with experience in operational management and team leadership to supervise a club.

**Requirements**
* Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields.
* Minimum of **3 years of experience in similar positions**, managing clubs, condominiums, hotels, recreational centers, or similar businesses.
* Experience leading operational and administrative staff.
* Proficiency in budget management, petty cash, and expense reporting.
* Experience in customer, member, or affiliate service.
* Knowledge of facility maintenance, security, and Civil Defense.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* **Willingness to reside on club premises in Aucallama.**
* Preferably, currently residing in **Aucallama, Huaral, Chancay, or nearby areas**.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Supervise the club’s overall operations and its various departments.
* Lead and oversee maintenance, security, cleaning, gardening, and member service personnel.
* Address and manage member inquiries, requests, and incidents.
* Monitor budgets, petty cash, and allocated resources.
* Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and Civil Defense regulations.
* Coordinate club activities and events.
* Prepare management reports and performance indicators for the Operations Management.
