Experience in quality control and traceability A growing agro-export company is looking for an Agricultural or Agro-industrial Engineer with experience in Hass avocado harvest management and packing processes to supervise operations during the export campaign. Location: Huaral\- Lima Operations focused on Hass avocado export Responsibilities * Supervise harvest and fruit handling in the field. * Coordinate fruit reception and processing at the packing plant. * Control quality, sizing, dry matter content, and lot traceability. * Supervise harvest crews and operational staff. * Coordinate with logistics on scheduling export shipments. Requirements * Agricultural Engineer, Agro-industrial Engineer, or related degree. * 3 to 5 years of experience with Hass avocado. * Experience in harvest, quality control, and packing processes. * Knowledge of export standards and sizing specifications. * Driver's license A\-1 Conditions * Seasonal contract (3–4 months). * Engagement type: Independent contractor (receipt for services). * Base salary \+ bonus per exported container. * Opportunity to participate in a growing agro-export project. * Transportation or support for relocation to field or packing site. * Meals provided during field or plant work shifts.
