**I.N.I.A.R** — A company providing maintenance services for ships and/or vessels.
**Currently seeking a JUNIOR FEMALE SAFETY OFFICER — Technician or Bachelor in SSOMA (Occupational Safety and Health), highly committed to worker safety and well-being**, with at least 1 year of verifiable experience in implementing and supervising occupational safety and health management systems under national and international regulations, plus an SSOMA diploma.
**Requirements:**
* Technician in SSOMA or Bachelor in Industrial, Environmental, Civil, Mining Engineering, or related fields. (Must hold a Bachelor’s or Technician’s certificate)
* SSOMA diploma.
* Must reside in Lima or Callao.
* Preferred: 1 year of verifiable experience in the SSOMA field.
* Knowledge of and proficiency in Law No. 29783 and its Regulation D.S. No. 005\-2012\-TR.
* Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Experience in implementing occupational safety and health management systems.
* Skills to manage and lead operational personnel.
* Documentation certifying SSOMA training.
* Willingness to travel.
* **Must reside in areas adjacent to Oquendo\-Callao.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Implement and monitor the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
* Assess risks before, during, and after each activity.
* Supervise and verify proper use of PPE.
* Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions.
* Implement efficient on-site control measures.
* Inspect tools and equipment prior to use.
* Conduct 5-minute operational safety talks for awareness.
* Implement and complete ATS and PTS forms.
* Supervise high-risk work: working at heights, confined spaces, electrical work, hazardous materials, lifting operations, hot work.
* Lead SSOMA coordination meetings with clients.
* Comply with and enforce internal safety regulations of our clients and INIAR.
* Investigate accidents and prepare corresponding reports.
* Actively participate in SSOMA department activities.
