Excellent work environment Maintenance Manager Job Description We are seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and tools, ensuring their operability, safety, and availability for the company's project execution. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Ensure proper operation, preservation, and repair of machinery, equipment, and tools. * Manage and evaluate service providers, spare parts, and equipment suppliers. * Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate external maintenance services when required. * Plan and control periodic calibration of equipment. * Implement and supervise safety standards and procedures for machinery and equipment usage. * Maintain control and inventory of available equipment, tools, and materials in storage. * Prepare maintenance reports and track management indicators. * Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health, and safety policies. * Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment, machinery, or similar maintenance roles. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and equipment. * Proficiency in using hand tools. * Valid driver's license, minimum category A1. * Training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * Willingness to travel to different projects as required.
