Conduct personnel recruitment through mass media and carry out the corresponding evaluation. Conduct and prepare personnel evaluation reports based on psychometric test results. Register new employee entries in the payroll module, recording personal work data, salary, work schedule, position, as well as in the attendance control system. Maintain control over the employee file archive, which includes the employee form, documented worker's resume, copy of academic certificate, original police background check, copy of utility bill (electricity, water or phone), birth certificates of minor children (family allowance), and copy of identity document. Monitor medical leaves issued by private entities so employees can exchange them for a temporary disability certificate (CIT) issued by EsSalud. Prepare employment contracts under the modalities applicable to the company, and maintain control over the expiration dates of each contract. Record employee hires and terminations. Responsible for opening salary accounts for employees at the corresponding financial institution. Prepare attendance records for administrative and operational staff. Responsible for keeping the bulletin board updated with schedules, publications on OSH, sexual harassment, organizational chart, among others.
