




The SUBCAFE-SC, an institution dedicated to administrative management and support for workers, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its team. We are looking for responsible, organized individuals with a service-oriented mindset. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support in document management, organizing activities, preparing reports, and handling inquiries. Additionally, they will actively participate in managing calculations and account statements related to loans. Main Responsibilities Classify and organize documents and files. Manage the document collection. Coordinate internal activities, meetings, and events. Prepare management documents such as: reports, official letters, and administrative reports. Perform calculations and manage account statements related to loans. Handle inquiries and provide assistance to users. Other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor. Conditions: Education: Final cycles and/or graduate and/or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. Level: Higher education or technical level Experience: Minimum of 6 months in similar roles. Knowledge: Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. Skills: Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Adaptability to handle diverse administrative tasks. Modality: On-site – Part-time. Location: San Borja Schedule: Monday to Friday (morning).
