Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies **Job Description** The ASEUNI Academy is seeking a maintenance and cleaning staff member in San Martin de Porres, preferably with prior experience in this role. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Responsibilities:** Clean and maintain all common areas of the academy—including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, administrative areas, courtyards, etc.—in perfect condition. Sweep, mop, dust, and perform deep cleaning of the facilities on a daily basis. Ensure restrooms are always clean, well-stocked (toilet paper, soap, towels), and fully functional. Empty trash bins and maintain an orderly work environment. Assist in the care and maintenance of the academy's furniture. Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials, requesting replenishments as needed. Report any damage or hazardous conditions in the facilities to the responsible personnel. Inspect and repair commonly used equipment or furniture when necessary. Perform other related duties.
