DESCRIPTION A leading company in the fishing sector is seeking a ***Maintenance Manager*** to carry out the following responsibilities: * **Develop** and execute investment plans and predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans for the plant and barge. * **Analyze** equipment criticality and assess their performance. * **Manage** asset renewal. * **Manage** the purchase of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance plan execution. * **Evaluate**, select, and contract maintenance service providers. * **Supervise** contracted maintenance services and approve service completion. * **Manage** operational and financial indicators within the Maintenance department. * **Supervise**, control, and verify that assigned personnel fulfill their duties. REQUIREMENTS * **University degree** in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering. * **Desirable specialization** in Maintenance Process Management, Administration, or Cost Management. * **Minimum of 2 years' experience** supervising maintenance areas in the fishing industry or related sectors (maritime, food, beverages). * **Intermediate-level knowledge** of Office, Power BI, SAP\-PM, and AutoCAD. * **Basic level of English proficiency.** * **Availability** for on-site work at the **Chancay plant.**
