




Job Summary: Responsible for planning production process stages, ensuring quality and efficiency, and evaluating personnel performance. Key Highlights: 1. Process planning to ensure quality and production timelines. 2. Personnel management and report preparation for decision-making. 3. Identification of efficiency issues and suggestions for improvements. **Responsibilities:** * Plan each process stage to ensure products are completed within the required timeframe and with the highest quality required according to the dispatch schedule. * Correctly start up equipment, avoiding blockages and/or damage. * Conduct induction and informational talks with staff on a regular basis. * Ensure accurate completion of production records, including reconciliation of quantities, data on material batches used, and equipment information. * Maintain the company’s facilities and production area in hygienic and orderly condition. * Guarantee that production line capacity requirements are met. * Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements. * Evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision and prepare reports enabling timely decisions regarding staff assigned to specific functions within the production chain. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Office: Process Control, Occupational Safety and Health, Quality Management Systems, and Food Safety.
