**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
* Experience in laboratories within the pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
* Knowledge of physicochemical analysis, laboratory equipment operation, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
* Proficiency in technical documentation and quality management systems.
* Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, teamwork capability, and results orientation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform physicochemical analyses of raw materials, in-process products, finished products, stability studies, analytical method validations, and other assigned activities.
* Apply approved analytical methodologies and specifications to ensure result reliability.
* Timely record, review, and issue physicochemical test results.
* Participate in investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and resolution of laboratory technical issues.
* Provide technical support and onboarding assistance to other analysts as required.
* Timely manage requirements for reagents, materials, and supplies needed to conduct analyses.
* Participate in the implementation and updating of procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
* Comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Quality Management System procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
* Propose process improvement opportunities contributing to laboratory efficiency and quality.
