**PROFILE**
* Education: Graduate, licensed, and registered in Accounting.
* Experience: At least 04 years of experience in similar positions.
* Solid knowledge of current accounting, tax, and labor regulations.
* Knowledge in the **agricultural** sector.
* Proficient in accounting systems.
* Knowledge of ERP systems.
* Advanced level in Excel.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Advise Management on accounting, financial, and internal control matters.
* Prepare and present monthly financial statements with corresponding notes.
* Supervise general and tax accounting for the parent company and its affiliates.
* File monthly and annual tax returns and handle audits by SUNAT and other entities.
* Implement and monitor accounting policies and financial closing processes.
* Supervise inventory recording and control, fixed assets, and payroll (including social benefits and civil construction regime).
* Analyze accounting accounts, control ledgers, and ensure accurate submission of electronic books.
* Lead the accounting team (assistant accountants, analysts, and assistants).
