**Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operational roles within the logistics or freight sector. * Experience in logistics management, warehousing, and operations management. * Proficiency in ERP tools and warehouse management systems (WMS). * Management and monitoring of logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Microsoft Office (intermediate level, with emphasis on Excel). * Management of IT resources for optimization. **Job Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and optimize distribution center operations. * Monitor strategies aimed at efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time performance. * Ensure efficient use of allocated resources and budgets. * Ensure compliance with asset security policies. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives in processes through technological tools. * Maintain process standardization levels. * Analyze, report, and correct operational performance results. * Train direct reports, foster professional development, and ensure required performance levels.
