Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate environmental and documentary management, lead teams, and manage certification processes. Key Highlights: 1. Environmental certification process management **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree holder in Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in Solid Waste Operating Companies (SWOCs). * Experience in hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste management. * Experience leading work teams. * Experience coordinating with clients and operational departments. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the SIGERSOL platform. * Management and control of waste manifests. * Knowledge of waste coding according to the Basel Convention. * Familiarity with Peruvian environmental regulations applicable to solid waste management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **Required Competencies** * Leadership and ability to direct teams. * Organization and planning skills. * Analytical ability and documentary tracking capability. * Effective communication. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to coordinate across departments and with clients. * Teamwork **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the environmental and documentary management of services provided by the company. * Supervise the proper preparation, registration, and tracking of environmental documentation. * Manage environmental certification processes for clients. * Lead and organize the activities of the environmental team. * Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Administration departments to ensure service compliance. * Manage resources required to carry out departmental activities. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Opportunity for professional development. * Work environment focused on growth and continuous improvement.
