Position Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Supervisor to plan, supervise, and control the daily dispatch and distribution operations in mass consumption. Key Highlights: 1. Resolution of customer complaints and corrective actions Distribuidora Escocesa SRL, an Arequipa-based company, is searching for top talent to join our team. **DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR – Mass Consumption** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, supervise, and control daily dispatch and distribution operations. * Manage and oversee logistics-related services, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. * Conduct continuous monitoring of vehicles, deliveries, incidents, and route adherence. * Supervise documentary returns, settlements, and operational compliance. * Set objectives through execution of the team’s distribution strategies. * Assign auxiliary staff to vehicles daily and verify such assignments. * Resolve customer complaints within designated timeframes and issue reports on corrective actions. * Immediately report any events notified by transporters (e.g., police interventions, vehicle breakdowns, traffic violations, accidents, etc.). * Verify uniform and authorized PPE appearance and refer personnel to HR for replacements or renewals. * Report and request authorization for transporter expenses (e.g., rentals, interventions, thefts, cargo drops, collisions, shortages, external auxiliary assignments) as applicable to respective positions. * Implement improvements and controls to optimize operations. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles and/or experience in the beverage or mass consumption sector. Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; and/or minimum 1 year of experience monitoring and/or supervising delivery teams. Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency. Personnel management skills. Availability to work full-time Monday through Saturday. Motorcycle driver’s license (not mandatory). WE OFFER: Direct payroll enrollment. Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment.
