Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Fault Technician** for the city of **Arequipa.** What are the main responsibilities? * Attend to and resolve fiber optic service faults on-site. * Diagnose and correct faults in the network and at the customer’s premises according to established service-level agreements, ensuring full service restoration. * Record work orders, evidence, and measurements in the system. What are we looking for? * Students or graduates in Networks and Telecommunications, Communication Technologies, Electronics, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions. * Basic MS Office skills; familiarity with management applications, fiber optic installation and connectivity, and experience working at heights. * Service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
