Date of posting: Nov 26, 2025 **Mission** ---------- Supervise the contract under your responsibility, ensuring equipment availability through coordinated maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics with the work team and the client. Likewise, responsible for ensuring optimal conditions to perform safe work. **Functions** ------------- * Supervise the contract under your responsibility according to a monthly schedule of planned activities. * Coordinate with the client's contract manager meetings for control, evaluation, and improvement opportunities within the contract. * Enforce contractual terms established and agreed upon with the client. * Coordinate with the administrative department attendance tracking, vacations, medical leaves, permits, and rest days for personnel. * Coordinate and plan with the client the maintenance management of the contract under your responsibility (resource allocation, personnel, logistics, communication). * Review and approve (together with the Client's Supervisor) monthly invoicing, travel settlements, monthly technical reports, and maintenance performance indicators. * Prepare monthly managerial reports containing maintenance indicators. * Monitor the allocation and proper use of ACP and client assets, consignment stock, and PPE for personnel in the assigned area. * Ensure deliverables are met by personnel under your supervision. * Actively participate in contract improvement opportunities. * Other functions related to the position. **Requirements** -------------- * Mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineer (5 years registered and licensed). * At least 5 years of experience supervising work in mining and managing personnel, and 2 years of experience with compressors (desirable). * Knowledge of predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance of compressors (desirable). * Knowledge of equipment maintenance management and handling of performance indicators. * Valid driver's license class A1. * Experience driving in mining environments. * Availability to work at mining sites under non-standard working shifts. **SHEQ Responsibilities** -------------------------- * Comply with SHEQ management guidelines established in company manuals, procedures, and other documents forming part of the integrated management system documentation platform. * Actively participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s integrated management system. **.** ----- At **Atlas Copco Perú S.A.C.**, we promote an inclusive culture based on respect, diversity, and equal opportunities for everyone.
