An industrial footwear company is seeking a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * **Graduate or currently studying Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related Industrial Administration fields** * Restock management; forecast monthly model-by-size demand. * Coordinate new customer orders with production. * Generate purchase orders and schedules in the ERP system. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. * Coordinate with the Technical Office department (samples, SKUs). * Coordinate with the Supplies department regarding material arrivals. * Ensure physical and system inventory balances. * Receive goods from suppliers (inbound and outbound). * Prepare orders for dispatch using raffia straps and boxes, together with warehouse assistants. * Specialized training course or diploma in warehouse management. * Experience in dispatching finished products. * Proficiency in managing performance indicators. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. * Negotiation and leadership capabilities. * Organized and structured approach. * Valid A1 driver’s license.
