Job Summary: We are seeking an Installation Technician to lead the execution of residential fiber-optic internet installations and cabling, ensuring operational efficiency and quality. Opportunity for career growth based on performance We are looking for a **Field Installation Technician (Technician 1\)** to lead the execution of residential fiber-optic internet installations and cabling. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring operational functionality, quality, and compliance with technical standards for each customer. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform fiber-optic cable laying, connectorization, and FTTH installation at residential premises. * Safely handle and position telescopic ladders on utility poles and building facades. * Diagnose issues, conduct optical power testing, and complete final service configuration for end users. * Lead the field crew and provide on-site training to assistant technicians. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in fiber-optic internet installation and implementation (FTTH / FTTx). * Demonstrated safe work history and proficiency with telescopic ladders and working at heights. * **Valid Class A\-1 driver's license (desirable / mandatory depending on crew profile).** * Responsibility, service quality orientation, and customer service focus. **We Offer:** * Complete set of work tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Opportunity for career growth based on performance.
