Mission or objective: Support the execution, monitoring, and fulfillment of Plant's technical projects related to infrastructure, production processes, and regulatory permits, ensuring compliance with schedules, technical quality, safety standards, and current regulations. Coordinate between operational, technical, and administrative areas for comprehensive and orderly management of each project. Functions: * Establish and/or propose objectives and stages for project execution to ensure proper and effective planning of initiatives * Monitor compliance with activities on time, form, and assigned resources to guarantee efficient project development * Ensure the correct project management process throughout all stages and guarantee deliverables for each initiative * Prepare technical documentation, project requirements, and agreements to ensure orderly and proper project management * Develop and manage technical files, permits, and project documentation with support from Safety, Environment, Production, and External areas; to ensure compliance and proper handling of environmental and/or legal permits for projects. * Coordinate agreements, meetings, tasks, pending items, tests, or obstacles with different stakeholders for timely tracking of responsibilities within the project Operate and park equipment according to established safety standards and possess all required documentation (e.g., driver's licenses, insurance) current and available. If the position requires it. * Requirements: * 1 year of experience in management and/or evaluation of technical projects, infrastructure, or industrial plants. * Valuable experience with regulatory permits, technical documentation, or fieldwork in industrial settings. * University degree or graduate in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of project methodologies (Traditional and Agile) * Basic knowledge of applicable regulations for plant projects (safety, permits, environment). * Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) and Project (Advanced) * English at basic/intermediate level * Drawing software
