Positive work environment At **Sandder**, a leading footwear company, we are looking for a **Project and Footwear Designer** to join our **Technical Office**. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Develop and transform footwear designs into precise technical specifications, ensuring production efficiency, material optimization, and model standardization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Digitize physical patterns and develop technical molds. * Design and break down footwear components (upper, lining, reinforcements, insoles, etc.). * Perform size scaling while maintaining correct proportions. * Prepare comprehensive technical sheets for production. * Optimize designs to improve material consumption and functionality. * Coordinate sample development and prototype validation. * Train production teams on new models (cutting and finishing). * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (digital and physical). **REQUIREMENTS** * Technician or professional degree in **Footwear Design, Industrial Modeling, or Industrial Engineering**. * Minimum **3 years of experience in footwear modeling and development**. * Proficiency in specialized software: * Romans CAD, Mind, Shoemaster, Rhinoceros (desirable) * Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD or others * Knowledge of materials (leather, synthetics) and manufacturing processes. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive remuneration * Professional growth opportunity * Participation in new product development * Positive work environment Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
