




**Position Objective:** Enhance the visibility and positioning of the company through participation in trade fairs, strategic agreements, and social media. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans according to desired objectives and goals. * Create strategic content (copywriting \+ visual concept) for social media. * Design and execute digital advertising strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads) * Define the monthly budget allocated for social media considering ROI. * Monitor daily advertising campaigns and interaction with followers. * Ensure proper capture and referral of potential leads to the sales department. * Identify and manage partnerships with companies, brands, and institutions. * Plan, coordinate, and execute brand presence at trade fairs and external events. * Contact strategic communication channels and networking platforms. * Generate monthly reports on campaign results and external activities. Requirements * Graduate or undergraduate student in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation ability and ease in establishing contacts. * Strategic thinking, organization, and results orientation. * Proactivity, empathy, creativity, and initiative. **Conditions** * Employment type: Full-time (on-site in Arequipa). * Work location: Av Independencia 1003 (in front of Coliseo Arequipa) * Salary S/1,600 per month (with potential increase based on performance). * Formal employment contract Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site position
