Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Maintenance Supervisor with experience in the mining sector to supervise on-site activities, lead safety initiatives, and coordinate operations at a concentrator plant. Development of reports and improvement proposals A mining services company is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of **TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** at our offices in Lima. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Electrician, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor in the mining sector. * Specialization in Power Systems and Electrical Automation. * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programming for concentrator plants and plant maintenance management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to work under a 20-days-on/10-days-off schedule at a camp located in the Province of San Juan, Arequipa. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise field personnel activities (electrical installations, industrial surface and underground mine installations, welding, assembly, leveling, and verticality). * Lead compliance with the Safety Management System within their area (reports, inspections, investigations, reporting, training, OPTs, IPERs, PETAR, etc.). * Attend coordination meetings regarding work with the Mining and Plant departments and supervise such activities. * Assign specific tasks and provide technical support during electrical equipment transportation, installation, and maintenance of switchboards and transformers. * Prepare daily reports and submit them to the Projects Department, detailing activity progress, outcomes achieved, and continuous improvement proposals generated and/or implemented in the area. * Update fabrication drawings according to requirements and/or field measurements. *“We are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, maternity, or any other personal condition.”* Salary: S/.3,200.00 – S/.3,500.00 per hour Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in similar positions? * How many years of experience do you have in mining? * What is your availability to start working? * Please indicate your salary expectations.
