Job Summary:
Provide on-site and remote technical support, administer technological infrastructure, install and configure hardware and software, and manage information security.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
* Administer and maintain technological infrastructure (servers, networks, and computer equipment).
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
* Diagnose and resolve incidents related to equipment, systems, and connectivity.
* Manage data backups and support the implementation of information security measures.
* Keep equipment inventory and technical documentation up to date.
* **Desirable (not mandatory):** support activities related to fiber optics, structured cabling, GPON/EPON technologies.
**Requirements:**
* Certified technician or graduate/bachelor in Computing and Informatics, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Networks and Communications, Telecommunications, or related fields.
* Experience in technical support, basic server administration, networking, and computer equipment maintenance.
* Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
* **Desirable (not mandatory):** knowledge or experience in fiber optics (installation, splicing, and testing), GPON/EPON technologies, structured cabling, and video surveillance systems.
* Ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, demonstrate responsibility, and focus on results.
