Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality standards and presentation in dish preparation. 2. Supervise compliance with recipes and Good Manufacturing Practices. 3. Evaluate staff, propose improvements, and manage the kitchen work environment. Requirements: Academic Degree: Graduate or certified Technician in Gastronomy or related fields. Computer Skills: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience: 1 year as Assistant, 1 year as Associate, and 5 years in supervisory roles. Specific knowledge in: Food concessions, mass production. Availability for full-time work on rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Supervise and participate in dish preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards. Control quality of ingredients used in dish preparation. Supervise and enforce product technical specifications. Supervise recipe compliance across all chain locations. Verify proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Evaluate performance and capabilities of kitchen staff. Assess and propose improvements to kitchen shift schedules. Assess and verify efficient staffing levels per shift and per location. Provide training and mentoring to junior staff for rapid skill development. Establish and manage a positive work environment across all chain kitchens. Conduct regular visits and continuous oversight across all chain locations.
