**Job Description – Revo Sport Hostess** The hostess is the first image of the gym and is responsible for providing a friendly, proactive, and professional service to all members and visitors. Her primary role is to ensure a positive welcoming experience, offering clear information about Revo Sport's services, schedules, and promotions, while always maintaining a pleasant attitude representative of the brand. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and bid farewell cordially to members and visitors. * Provide information regarding memberships, promotions, and gym services. * Assist in guiding members within the facilities. * Collaborate with the sales and reception areas in customer service. * Maintain order and an attractive appearance in the entrance area. * Participate in promotional activities or institutional events when required. * Ensure members comply with entry protocols and internal rules. * Project a professional image aligned with Revo Sport’s values. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Experience in customer service or reception roles (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail). * Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation. * Impeccable personal presentation and a positive attitude. * Ability to work in a team and handle situations with empathy. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to the member experience.
