**POSITION: INITIAL EDUCATION TEACHER** REQUIREMENTS: · Teaching degree. · In-person classes for the 2026 academic year Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. · Minimum of 1 year of experience. · Laptop and good internet bandwidth (in case of working virtually as directed by MINSA or MINEDU). · Proficient in using ICT tools to conduct online classes (in case of working virtually as directed by MINSA or MINEDU). · Reside in areas adjacent to the Educational Institution (Breña, Cercado de Lima, Callao, San Miguel, Jesús María, Pueblo Libre, Magdalena) · Professional with assertiveness, cooperation, responsibility, punctuality, and empathy. · Willingness to learn and openness to feedback. FUNCTIONS: · Prepare class sessions considering students' needs and adhering to the I.E.P's pedagogical model, being proactive, empathetic, charismatic, and service-oriented. · Prepare class sessions and student worksheets according to institutional formats, create records, evaluations, reports, among others. · Establish and maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning. · Accompany and support students' work to promote expected skill development. · Knowledge of the current National Curriculum, curricular planning, competency-based approach, and formative assessment. · Propose and implement improvements in the teaching process to achieve expected learning outcomes. · Participate in academic, training, recreational, and sports activities indicated by the I.E. · Maintain frequent, warm, and respectful communication with parents regarding children's learning and development. · Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor related to the position.
