Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Security Agents to perform surveillance, access control, and incident reporting duties, maintaining continuous observation to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Security services at access points and control procedures 2. Customer and staff assistance and guidance 3. We are currently seeking Security Agents who meet the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6 months of experience as a SECURITY AGENT Completed secondary education (CERTIFIED) SUCAMEC training course (DESIRABLE) L4 firearm license. Availability to work 12-hour shifts under a 6x1 schedule Availability to work in AREQUIPA COMPETENCIES: Assertive and fluent communication Empathy Integrity Effectiveness Service orientation Teamwork Organization RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing security services at client-designated access points. Implementing access control procedures per client policy. Welcoming, assisting, and guiding customers and staff. Maintaining continuous and vigilant observation to reduce intrusion risks. Submitting daily incident reports. Remaining constantly alert at the client-designated post.
