Role Objective: * Manage well-being and sustainability processes comprehensively, aligned with company values, ensuring achievement of internal objectives and plans. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide immediate assistance and follow-up for work-related accidents and/or employee illness, supporting the employee until reintegration and/or medical discharge. * Administer statutory Life Insurance and SCTR insurance to ensure eligibility and coverage for all employees. Manage related payments from request through regularization to ensure proper expense control. * Manage financial benefits both externally (with Essalud and EPS) and internally (for employees), ensuring correct benefit utilization. * Maintain updated databases for MINTRA, EMOs, medical leaves, and permits. * Fulfill reporting requirements in social management; support monitoring and implementation of sustainability events and programs. * Organize well-being events, programs, and campaigns (cultural, recreational, and health-related) across various locations, seeking alliances/agreements with external providers. * Assess current employee requirements and needs to develop inter-institutional agreements and propose benefits. Maintain an updated database of agreements and benefits, ensuring continuous dissemination. * Conduct site visits to assigned operations to identify needs and ensure continuous follow-up on action plans. * Organize and deliver training sessions on social security, pension systems, and socio-cultural topics for employees. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in mining, industrial, or related companies. * Minimum 3 years of experience in social welfare. * Bachelor's degree in Social Work (professional registration preferred). * Postgraduate diploma in human resource management, sustainability, or community relations (preferred). * Knowledge of KPIs. * Experience leading events. * Microsoft Office - Intermediate. * Knowledge of internal communications. * Familiarity with design tools. * Willingness to work under the applicable labor regime. * Residency in Arequipa
