Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance operations at a crushing plant, lead teams, and ensure safety and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage technical staff and coordinate with the client **01 MECHANICAL ENGINEER – SUPERVISOR (20X10 REGIME)** An industrial-sector company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance services at the Pampa de Cobre mining unit’s crushing plant. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree holder and registered member of the Mechanical Engineering professional association (preferred) * **Minimum 1 year of experience in piping and structural steel installation** * Must reside in Arequipa * Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance at mining plants * Experience leading field work teams * Knowledge of mining safety and high-risk work management * Availability to work under the 20X10 regime * **Minimum 1 year of experience in piping and structural steel installation** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensively supervise mechanical maintenance services at the plant * Plan, coordinate, and monitor fieldwork execution * Manage technical personnel (mechanics, fitters, etc.) * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards * Coordinate with the client and report service progress * Monitor project resources, materials, and timelines **CONDITIONS:** * Project-based employment (20X10 regime) * Formal payroll registration Application Question(s): * When are you available to start working? * What is your monthly salary expectation? * Please detail your experience in piping and structural steel installation Work Location: On-site employment
