We are seeking top talent for the position of Administrative and Accounting Assistant. Responsibilities: - Register invoices in the system. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Send documents to the accountant. - Record employee attendance. - Perform general administrative tasks, such as customer service and invoice delivery. - Other administrative duties. Requirements: - Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting. - Minimum 2 years of experience. - Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and familiarity with other office software. - Analytical ability and attention to detail. - Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. - Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
