Job Summary: Supervise and ensure compliance with production, store equipment operability, and prevention of illicit acts, while leading a team. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and compliance with team equipment production. 2. Ensuring proper operation and functionality of store equipment. 3. Team leadership and loss prevention management. **Job Description** ---------------------- Oversee supervision and compliance with team equipment production. * Ensure proper operation and functionality of store equipment, including fire protection systems, security systems, video surveillance, communication systems, intrusion detection systems, sensors or alarms installed or assigned. * Promptly detect and report any illicit acts occurring within the facilities—whether committed by internal or external personnel—and immediately implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with processes related to control and movement of assets (fixed assets, logistics units, etc.) entering and exiting stores, to prevent losses. * Manage other additional duties inherent to the position. * Adhere to service routines and protocols applicable to your role under the Tottus “Kindness Service Model”. * Ensure your team adheres to service routines and protocols applicable to their roles under the Tottus “Kindness Service Model”. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university or technical education; currently enrolled or incomplete studies accepted. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Maintenance, Control, Platform, or Prevention. * Prior experience leading work teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts (6x1\) on-site in Cusco. * Basic-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
