SUPERVISION MANAGER **JOB DESCRIPTION** TEC CUATRO S.A.C. seeks a Supervision Manager with experience in consultancy-based supervision services for road construction projects. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating, directing, and supervising the construction inspection team to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements for executed works, in accordance with technical files and applicable regulations. **REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** * **Education:** Professional degree in Civil Engineering, licensed and registered. * **Minimum Requirements:** Minimum of three (03\) years of verifiable experience since registration, serving in roles such as Site Resident Engineer, Supervision Manager, Coordinator, Resident Engineer, Site Resident, Resident Engineer, General Resident, Principal Resident, Supervisor, Inspector, or equivalent combinations thereof. * **Project Experience:** Experience in execution and/or supervision of projects within the specialties of Roadways, Ports, and Related Fields, with a subspecialty in Roadway Construction. * Preference will be given to professionals residing in Rioja, San Martín.
