Job Summary: Construction Supervisor responsible for project review, site supervision, quality control, and client communication throughout construction phases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead construction site meetings and prepare supervision reports. 2. Monitor construction progress and verify materials and processes. 3. Participate in project handover and prepare the completion certificate. At **Checkin Proyectos**, a leading company in the construction sector, we are seeking talented professionals to join our team. Therefore, we are looking to strengthen our organization with a Construction Supervisor. ***At the Start of the Project:*** * Review project plans, specifications, budgets, contracts, and official permits. * Lead construction site meetings and prepare supervision reports. * Inform personnel about the organization's anti-bribery ethics code. * Ensure all team members verify their information in the drive. ***During Project Execution:*** * Experience supervising Reservoirs, Pumping Lines, Well Houses (structures), and Automation systems. * Minimum of 2 supervision and/or construction projects involving elevated reservoirs. * Identify unsafe acts and report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Verify materials, material test results, and processes according to quality standards. * Monitor construction progress, report irregularities, and review valuations. * Attend construction meetings, track meeting minutes, and compare scheduled vs. actual progress. * Implement Management Plans and maintain updated information for periodic reports. * Approve protocols and communicate with the client. * Prepare the project settlement document and collect technical annexes. * Establish schedules for project review and handover. ***At Project Completion:*** * Participate in project handover and prepare the completion certificate. * Maintain updated information for the final report and address client complaints. * Assume responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) and report incidents/accidents. * Ensure all team members verify their information in the drive. ***Municipal Inspection Service:*** * Support and accompany the IMP (Municipal Inspection Service) in its duties. * Coordinate visits and prepare required documentation for the IMP. ***Department and Common Areas Handover Service:*** * Coordinate inspections of apartments/buildings and record observations. * Prepare a report for the client and explain observations and required services. **Working Hours:** ⏰ Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm ⏰ Saturdays, 7:30 am to 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time on-site position Requirement: 2–3 years of experience. **(PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED)** Services Provided by the Company: Project Management and Construction Supervision Employment Regime: REMYPE (no bonus and no CTS) Location: **KM 18.5 PISCO–PARACAS HIGHWAY** Benefits: * Fifteen (15) days of vacation (per year) * Enrollment in SIS (Social Health Insurance) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you agree with the stated compensation? * Do you reside in Paracas/Ica/Chincha? * Do you have experience supervising Reservoirs, Pumping Lines, Well Houses (structures), and Automation systems? * Do you have a minimum of 2 supervision and/or construction projects involving elevated reservoirs?
