Job Summary: OLC INGENIEROS is seeking an Electronics Technician with UPS experience to perform maintenance, supervision, and evaluation of electronic and electromechanical equipment in the field. With over 30 years in the market, providing engineering solutions for power backup and climate control to public and private enterprises. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Electronics Technician (Nationally issued certificate \- Mandatory) \- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electronics Technician. \- Minimum 3 years of experience with UPS. \- Knowledge of power electronics. \- Knowledge of AC/DC, inverters, UPS, bypass panels, power distribution boards, automatic transfer switches, generators, among others. \- Availability to work full-time. \- Availability for fieldwork and travel as required. \- Driver's license (Desirable). **COMPETENCIES:** \- Responsibility, adaptability, punctuality, customer orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Perform multi-brand UPS maintenance, including Liebert, Emerson, Riello, Chloride, and others. \- Perform maintenance on transformers, electrical panels, and electronic circuit boards of UPS units. \- Conduct UPS start-up procedures. \- Develop and supervise corrective maintenance in the field for electromechanical protection equipment, planning power and data systems. \- Evaluate network failures, UPS overloads, overheating, load transfer to the switchboard without affecting the system, and immediate battery replacement to support the system. **BENEFITS:** \- Payroll enrollment from day one \- Market-competitive remuneration \- EPS (optional) \- Bi-weekly payments \- Corporate agreements **Join the industry-leading company and become part of our outstanding team!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
