Possibility of future job announcements **We Are Hiring! 03 Field Architects – Temporary Project at Mining Unit** We are currently looking for **03 Architects** to join a temporary project for **architectural surveying and infrastructure assessment of camps at a mining unit**, as part of a specialized service utilizing SLAM scanning technology. We seek professionals with experience in architectural surveying, preparation of As-Built drawings, and evaluation of building conditions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct architectural surveys of camps and infrastructure at the mining unit. * Validate on-site the data captured using SLAM scanners and photographic records. * Prepare/review As-Built architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations). * Evaluate the physical condition of rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. * Prepare technical datasheets and infrastructure diagnostic reports. * Coordinate with surveying and data processing teams to ensure deliverable quality. * Verify measurements, areas, and consistency of surveyed information. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in **Architecture**. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in architectural surveys, construction supervision, or infrastructure assessment. * Experience in preparing As-Built drawings / building surveys. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD is mandatory**. * Familiarity with **Revit, Civil 3D, Recap, CloudCompare, or point cloud software** is desirable. * Availability for temporary work at a **mining unit**. * Residence in **Lima is mandatory**. * **Personal high-performance laptop required (i7 or higher processor, minimum 16 GB RAM, suitable for 3D rendering and modeling).** * Valid driver's license is desirable. **We Offer:** * High-impact technical temporary project * Meals, accommodation, and transportation covered * Opportunity to participate in technology-driven 3D surveying innovation projects * Possibility of future job announcements based on performance **Apply by sending your updated CV and salary expectations to info@jbringenieria.com.pe** *Only candidates with proven experience in architectural surveys/infrastructure assessment will be considered.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
