We are currently looking for a GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT: Requirements: · Completed secondary education. · One (01) year of experience in similar positions or functions. · Technical knowledge: Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Drywall structures. · Desirable to have completed courses related to the duties required for the position. Responsibilities: · Perform minor carpentry tasks and furniture repairs. · Carry out masonry work assigned. · Install sanitary equipment and general plumbing systems. · Perform painting tasks across the company's various businesses. · Respond immediately to any reported malfunction from the company's various businesses in order to assess damage extent and manage repairs for failures in sanitary networks, etc., within the company's facilities. · Fulfill any other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor or management.
