Tracking and consolidation of billing reports Vanguard Internacional Corporate Group, present in 9 countries with over 10 years of experience in the production, export, and marketing of table grapes, is seeking top talent for the position of: SHARED SERVICES ASSISTANT - PISCO REQUIREMENTS: Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. 6 months’ experience or related experience in similar functions. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Availability to work in Pisco. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and manage information related to staff catering services.                                                     Verify daily catering quantities and coordinate with the supplier to ensure proper distribution at each site, guaranteeing timely service coverage.                                                                                     Report any incidents related to the catering service to the immediate supervisor.               Manage additional catering services, such as coffee breaks, executive lunches, and special requests.                           Coordinate and facilitate the proper execution of events requested by user departments, ensuring appropriate ambiance and provision of catering services.                                                                                    Validate and conduct daily tracking of catering service attendance records per site through the AGRO+ system.                                                      Consolidate weekly reporting data for billing of catering services for administrative and field personnel.               Track the resolution of observations regarding working conditions identified by the Talent Management operational departments.       Respond promptly to inquiries related to reservation and delivery of services.                                                                         Manage service orders from creation through corresponding follow-up, ensuring timely payment to suppliers.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University graduate 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aux, helper, aide
